For now, as of May 30, 2019, it was programmed for a soft launch but unfortunately things got piled up and I couldn't get it out in time. Furthermore for those reasons, I'm going to focus first on pre-production of Famicom Land S2, then once I'm done with that will give all my attention to getting everything ready for launch again (Google Analytics, SEO, fix the front page, more content, Arcade section, eShop, etc,.)
